If this is your first time hiring an answering service, it can be a little overwhelming. Here are some tips that will make the process go smoother.
First, you can complete the sign up form and fax or email it us, or if it's easier for you just give us a call and we'll ask you the questions and complete the form for you.
Next, what to expect. Once you send us your answering service sign up form you should expect to hear from us in 1-2 hours. We'll be providing you with a toll free number that you'll use to transfer your office lines to us, or you can give the toll free number out.
If our form doesn't give you enough room for your staff list or instructions, or if you already have this information prepared, just send it to us. The sign up form can contain only your billing and credit card information, everything else can be provided separately.
