Customized Message Slips
Our operators can be directed to capture various pieces of information from your callers based on the custom message slip. Our standard questions are name, telephone number, and the nature of the call. For example, many clients ask us to capture the caller’s street or email address.
While there is no additional cost for adding these questions to your custom message slip, you will see an increase in operator time which may result in a higher cost for service.
