All of our staff members are asked to take literacy tests both in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.  once hired, all of the bilingual representatives on our crew undergo extensive training for two weeks.  Training consists of further language support, answering service procedures, terminology (Medical, legal, and professional), and emergency call handling procedures.  Training on includes awareness of our existing clients instructions.  At the end of the training we test candidates one more time to ensure that they are ready handle the needs of our telephone answering service clients, both in English and Spanish.
